Job Description:
- Maintain the Montessori learning environment
- Identify strengths and weaknesses of students through data analysis
- Set standards, make lessen plans
- Cooperate with Chinese staff

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Over 2 years of teaching experience
- Native English speaker preferred

Wage package:
- 22,000-28,000 RMB per month depending on experience
- Visa sponsorship for successful applicants
- Paid annual leave
- Public holiday
- Free medical insurance
- Round-trip international flight reimbursement
- Housing allowance
- Working hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 17:00pm
- Classroom size: 15-25 kids
- Students age: 2 to 6 years old
