**Job Description:**
**Responsibilities:**
1. Fully responsible for the IELTS project’s regional operations and management, including market, sales, service, teaching, and full-chain business teams, with accountability for revenue and profit.
2. Organize team structure and formation, including training, talent development, and team building to enhance team performance and stability.
3. Manage project operations, including channel management, market promotion, sales conversion, and student services to ensure business chain efficiency and performance.
4. Coordinate online/offline multi-channel efforts, such as campus market activities, setting market promotion plans, and developing new media operation strategies.
5. Establish market positioning, brand building, and marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and reputation.
6. Complete additional tasks assigned by senior management.
**Requirements:**
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with at least two years of overall management experience in IELTS project market channels; preference for candidates with IELTS, TOEFL, or study abroad entrepreneurship experience.
2. Strong business analysis and operational skills with the ability to deliver mature business solutions.
3. Excellent market analysis, marketing, and promotion capabilities, with strong interpersonal and coordination skills, and problem-solving ability.
4. Passion for the education industry, high responsibility, customer service orientation, and learning agility.
5. Organized, goal-oriented, resilient under pressure, and enthusiastic with a clear career plan.

1. Working Hours: Monday to Friday on a semester basis;
2. Teaching Hours: 22 teaching periods per week;
3. Average Class Size: 20-25;
4. Give Lessons including planning and preparation as well as course development;
5. Conduct course assessment and student academic counseling.
Ⅳ. Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in education or related majors;
2. Native English speaker or English skills equivalent to native level;
3. At least three years teaching experience;
4. Teaching Certificate, PGCE,QTS or equivalent is preferred;
5. Caring, suitable and safe to work with children.
Ⅴ. Compensation & Benefits
1. Monthly salary before tax: RMB 28,000 - 40,000 plus housing allowance
