Qualifications:
The inlingua approach is unique. As part of your induction you will recieve thorough training on the inlingua methodology and application. Due to the nature of our client base, formal qualifications are less important than enthusiasm, ability and business experience.
Due to expansion we have positions available to start immediately after training is completed.
Required of the teacher:
* Native English speaker from major English speaking countries such as UK, USA, Canada, Australia or New Zealand.
* Dedication in providing good quality contractual teaching hours
* A supportive attitude to the continuing success of the school
* Honesty, responsibility and punctuality
* Flexible approach
* Ability to adapt
Desirable:
* To have one year teaching experience in a non-English speaking country
* TEFL, CTEFLA, TESOL or equivalent
* Experience in business
* Sense of adventure!
Salary and Benefits:
* Monthly salary is dependant on the candidate’s education and teaching experience. Standard contacts are for upto a 30 hour working week.
* 35 days paid holiday including public holidays. We mirror the hours of our corporate clients and there generally have a 3 week shut down over Christmas and a week shut down over Easter (Semana Santa).
* We do not currently operate on weekends and so at present teachers receive two days off per week on Saturday and Sunday. Most teachers also enjoy additional free-time when not required for duties inside the operational hours.
* We provide assistance in finding accomodation. This is usually a room in a shared apartment. The school attaches great importance to assisting teachers in finding safe, comfortable home conditions within the local community and easy reach of the school.
* Internet access is provided at the school.
* Spanish lanuguage lessons are provided.
* The company provides an in depth orientation including training on the inlingua teaching methodology. We also provide ongoing training, assessment and support.
* Assistance in obtaining a cell phone.
* Succesful applicants must cover the cost of their airfare to Venezuela and return or onward flight.
* Airport pickup on arrival.
We ask for an 8 month commitment.

1. Working Hours: Monday to Friday on a semester basis;
2. Teaching Hours: 22 teaching periods per week;
3. Average Class Size: 20-25;
4. Give Lessons including planning and preparation as well as course development;
5. Conduct course assessment and student academic counseling.
Ⅳ. Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in education or related majors;
2. Native English speaker or English skills equivalent to native level;
3. At least three years teaching experience;
4. Teaching Certificate, PGCE,QTS or equivalent is preferred;
5. Caring, suitable and safe to work with children.
Ⅴ. Compensation & Benefits
1. Monthly salary before tax: RMB 28,000 - 40,000 plus housing allowance
