The Point Hostels, the original party hostel in Peru & Bolivia, is looking for Hostel Managers, Bar Managers, Barmen, Receptionists and passing travelers to help us along. We are always looking for cool, outgoing and responsible people who speak a couple of languages and want to become part of the Point Family in Peru - Lima, Cusco, Mancora Beach, Arequipa, Puno, or Bolivia - La Paz. All our hostels are well renowned for partying every night. “The Point is the People, not the place“ wrote Amanda Josiah from England in our guestbook. We think exactly the same. Being a bunch of backpackers ourselves our main goal is to keep The Point that way - a place to have a great time all together!

Skills/Experience:
• Previous backpacking and hostelling experience necessary
• Ability to work independently with or without supervision
• Exceptional customer service people-skills
• Hospitality experience a plus
• Basic computer and administration skills (for managers is a must)
• Well organized and customer oriented
• Fluency in English (Spanish) & other languages a plus.

Ⅲ. Job Description
1. Working Hours: Monday to Friday on a semester basis;
2. Teaching Hours: 22 teaching periods per week;
3. Average Class Size: 20-25;
4. Give Lessons including planning and preparation as well as course development;
5. Conduct course assessment and student academic counseling.
Ⅳ. Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in education or related majors;
2. Native English speaker or English skills equivalent to native level;
3. At least three years teaching experience;
4. Teaching Certificate, PGCE,QTS or equivalent is preferred;
5. Caring, suitable and safe to work with children.
Ⅴ. Compensation & Benefits
1. Monthly salary before tax: RMB 28,000 - 40,000 plus housing allowance
2. Paid winter and summer vacations
3. Contract-end bonus
4. Annual performance bonus (if applicable)
5. Reimbursement for annual round trip flights
6. Furnished apartment or housing allowance
