Ⅲ. Job Description
1. Working Hours: Monday to Friday on a semester basis;
2. Teaching Hours: 22 teaching periods per week;
3. Average Class Size: 20-25;
4. Give Lessons including planning and preparation as well as course development;
5. Conduct course assessment and student academic counseling.
Ⅳ. Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in education or related majors;
2. Native English speaker or English skills equivalent to native level;
3. At least three years teaching experience;
4. Teaching Certificate, PGCE,QTS or equivalent is preferred;
5. Caring, suitable and safe to work with children.
Ⅴ. Compensation & Benefits
1. Monthly salary before tax: RMB 28,000 - 40,000 plus housing allowance

San Silvestre is the leading British foundation school for girls in Lima, Peru, which follows a bilingual programme in English and Spanish. About 3percent of the pupils are British, 75percent Peruvian and the remainder of some 15 nationalities and all are or become bilingual. Secondary girls are prepared for the University of Cambridge I.G.C.S.E. examinations and the International Baccalaureate Diploma. The school is recognised as a bilingual establishment by the Peruvian Government.

Salary
Teaching staff are placed on the School salary scale and movement upwards is every two years.
Native English speakers receive an additional bonus and responsibility allowances are given for Tutor group work and other responsibilities.
Health Insurance
The school pays for a health insurance for all staff, which covers the main costs of consultation and treatment within Peru.
