Ⅲ. Job Description
1. Working Hours: Monday to Friday on a semester basis;
2. Teaching Hours: 22 teaching periods per week;
3. Average Class Size: 20-25;
4. Give Lessons including planning and preparation as well as course development;
5. Conduct course assessment and student academic counseling.
Ⅳ. Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in education or related majors;
2. Native English speaker or English skills equivalent to native level;
3. At least three years teaching experience;
4. Teaching Certificate, PGCE,QTS or equivalent is preferred;
5. Caring, suitable and safe to work with children.
Ⅴ. Compensation & Benefits
1. Monthly salary before tax: RMB 28,000 - 40,000 plus housing allowance
2. Paid winter and summer vacations

We have active board facilities in the classrooms and holding required materials for

Internet is available in teachers room
Lunch is provided by the school in school campus
Working days Sunday-Thursday (5 days) (Friday & Saturday are holiday, there might be
extracurricular events to participate in, these are provided in the school academic
calendar and priory noticed)
Working hours daily from 0730-1530 but the lessons you’ll be covering no more than 30
periods ( 30x40 min.)
Cambridge curriculum is followed
Students level well enough to understand the instructions given by teacher in English
medium.
We’ve teachers from many different nationalities
(Maldivian, Indian, British, Canadian,Egyptian, Sri Lankan,Indonesian, Bangladeshi,
Turkish, Filipino ...)
Accommodation matter should be clear ,currently some of our teachers are sharing and
some of them are having individual one room apartment ,you can rent individual one
room apartments, the furnished ones, like about $400-600 range .. If you go for sharing
option this amount would be cheaper, however school is not taking responsibility in terms
of accommodation.
But definitely some arrangements will be there upon your arrival, later on you can find
your own place...
