Ⅲ. Job Description
1. Working Hours: Monday to Friday on a semester basis;
2. Teaching Hours: 22 teaching periods per week;
3. Average Class Size: 20-25;
4. Give Lessons including planning and preparation as well as course development;
5. Conduct course assessment and student academic counseling.
Ⅳ. Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in education or related majors;
2. Native English speaker or English skills equivalent to native level;
3. At least three years teaching experience;
4. Teaching Certificate, PGCE,QTS or equivalent is preferred;
5. Caring, suitable and safe to work with children.
Ⅴ. Compensation & Benefits
1. Monthly salary before tax: RMB 28,000 - 40,000 plus housing allowance

Details: We at Galaxy International School Uganda, are looking for a dynamic and experienced teacher who will be a Lower Primary Class Teacher in our Cambridge Lower Primary Section. GISU is an accredited school by Council of International Schools (CIS) following Cambridge Assessment International Education (CAIE) and a full member of Association of International Schools in Africa (AISA).
Required candidates should be native English-speaking countries not limited to USA, UK, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa.
Requirements:
• A relevant Bachelor’s Degree is desired in the different disciplines.
• Fully qualified Primary teacher with a minimum of 2 years working experience preferably in a culturally diverse school environment.
• Proven track record in teaching Mathematics, Science and/or English language.
• Excellent IT and interpersonal skills to work closely with students and parents.
