Ⅲ. Job Description
1. Working Hours: Monday to Friday on a semester basis;
2. Teaching Hours: 22 teaching periods per week;
3. Average Class Size: 20-25;
4. Give Lessons including planning and preparation as well as course development;
5. Conduct course assessment and student academic counseling.
Ⅳ. Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in education or related majors;
2. Native English speaker or English skills equivalent to native level;
3. At least three years teaching experience;
4. Teaching Certificate, PGCE,QTS or equivalent is preferred;
5. Caring, suitable and safe to work with children.
Ⅴ. Compensation & Benefits
1. Monthly salary before tax: RMB 28,000 - 40,000 plus housing allowance

Salary: $1,200 USD
Details: Experienced teachers willing to participate in a highly rated private school. Guides the students in the development of their curriculum, communicates to parents about the progress of their children. Plans, organizes, executes and evaluates the learning process for the corresponding grades.
The school population is approximately 500 students, divided in classrooms of no more than 30 students. Teaching staff consists of 40 teachers, covering preschool through 12th grade.
English is taught in a classroom environment for 45 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes periods, 5 times a week as Language Arts. Teachers must familiarize with the school’s curriculum, must create lesson plans and teaching material on a weekly basis. Teachers must be actively involved in the permanent revision of the school’s English curriculum. All teachers must also evaluate the progressive work of students, through our monthly grading system, participate in extracurricular activities, such as PTA meetings, department or staff meetings, events programmed by the school, must also help in the supervision of school areas during student’s recess periods, must be aware of any special needs of students concerning their academic performance, emotional or socially and inform them to their immediate supervisor. Must familiarize the the Student’s Code of Discipline and enforce it. Teachers must abide to the school’s Teacher Manaul in the execution of their duties. Teachers are responsible for keeping work areas organized and accessible and are role models for students in and out of school. Participate in workshops programmed throughout the year. Staff must dress according to the school’s uniform code and must self-evaluate the work performed. Develop a professional relationship with co-workers and parents. Staff must be prompt in attendance to school on a daily basis.
