Ⅲ. Job Description
1. Working Hours: Monday to Friday on a semester basis;
2. Teaching Hours: 22 teaching periods per week;
3. Average Class Size: 20-25;
4. Give Lessons including planning and preparation as well as course development;
5. Conduct course assessment and student academic counseling.
Ⅳ. Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in education or related majors;
2. Native English speaker or English skills equivalent to native level;
3. At least three years teaching experience;
4. Teaching Certificate, PGCE,QTS or equivalent is preferred;
5. Caring, suitable and safe to work with children.
Ⅴ. Compensation & Benefits
1. Monthly salary before tax: RMB 28,000 - 40,000 plus housing allowance

Details: Teachers required for KG:
• 19 Teachers are required.
• Those who have minimum 5 years of experience in teaching in UK curriculum and exposure in Jolly Phonics are required.
• Qualification Diploma in Teaching Early Years.
Teachers required for Primary (Year 1 to 3)-Form Tutor
• 28 Teachers are required.
• Those who have minimum 5 years of teaching experience in UK curriculum
• Educational Degree in Teaching Primary Classes are required.
Salary range: Monthly Gross Salary ( Tax Free) will be in the range of QR 11000 to 15000 according to their qualification and experience. Total Salary consists of Basic Pay and Service Allowance. Basic Salary QR 4000/- and balance will be Service Allowance.
Incentive: - There is a monthly ( from October to May) performance based incentive and those who qualify can get incentive in the range of QR 400 to QR 2000 per month.
Annual Leave:- Annual Leave will be in the months of July and August as announced by Ministry of Education , Qatar.
Annual Leave Pay: Leave pay will be calculated at 6 days per completed months of service from September to June every year.
Air ticket: - Company will issue joining ticket and Vacation ticket every year.
Medical Card: Company will issue Medical card that enable the candidate to get free treatment in Hamad Medical Corporation.
Accommodation: Staff will get free fully furnished Single bed room with separate bathroom in a shared villa/apartment with Wi-Fi facility and 24/7 security.
Transportation: School provide transportation from accommodation to School and return. On weekends there will be bus service to go to Malls as per the schedule.
All selected candidates have to attest their Degree certificate (it can be the Bachelor degree or B Ed ) with its final mark list and the bonfire letter received from the College/University they studied the said degree stating that they were REGULAR student during their studies; from the Embassy of Qatar in their home country. Passport should be valid for a period of Six months from the date of travel.
