Ⅲ. Job Description
1. Working Hours: Monday to Friday on a semester basis;
2. Teaching Hours: 22 teaching periods per week;
3. Average Class Size: 20-25;
4. Give Lessons including planning and preparation as well as course development;
5. Conduct course assessment and student academic counseling.
Ⅳ. Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in education or related majors;
2. Native English speaker or English skills equivalent to native level;
3. At least three years teaching experience;
4. Teaching Certificate, PGCE,QTS or equivalent is preferred;
5. Caring, suitable and safe to work with children.
Ⅴ. Compensation & Benefits
1. Monthly salary before tax: RMB 28,000 - 40,000 plus housing allowance

Short term conversational English teachers

Details: Do you fancy a short term teaching position that is fun, rewarding, will provide you with fresh challenges to learn and develop from, and will see you seeing a different town on an almost weekly basis?
If so the SIDAS LANGUAGE SCHOOL, ACTIVE ENGLISH WEEKS program is made for you? Now entering a 16th school year throughout the Slovak and Czech Republics, these weeks involve fun loving and creative teachers working with groups of school going children, for up to 30 lessons in one week. Even within that week you can marvel in the progress that you have helped the participants make.
There is no need for testing, parents evenings, the giving and marking of homework, no endless streams of forms to fill in. This is just an enjoyable position for those who are able to work with children of all ages. The teaching day is normally done by 13:30 so you’ll have plenty of time for walking around town, seeing local sights, writing a best seller, binge watching on Netflix or simply enjoying an afternoon siesta.
Typically you will work in a town with a colleague or two so you can bounce ideas off each other, or contact our management team who are British born teachers too. Accommodation is provided for and the remuneration conditions are very good for this region. Given that the position involves living out of a bag and travelling most weekends to a new town, SIDAS knows, that although it is a great job and lots of fun, it can also become a bit too much travel wise, which is why we are able to offer successful candidates positions of any length, from a few weeks to the whole school year. Positions are available immediately and given the nature of the work, new talent can join at pretty much any time.
