Job Description:
The International School seeks passionate and effective educators to teach primary students in grades 4-8. Our school emphasizes a collaborative approach to learning with a dual program for all students. Learners thrive with instruction in both Polish and English covering two curricula- the Polish and Canadian program. Our teachers work together to give instruction in Language Arts, Math, Science, Social Studies, and Art in a collaborative environment at the elementary level.

Planning
• Planning collaboratively, based on agreed curriculum framework, standards, and instructional goals.
• Creating learning units with the student needs in mind.
• Accommodating and differentiating a range of ability levels.

• Creating project-based lessons and coordinating with Polish staff to implement school-wide learning days catered towards specific subjects
Assessing
• Maintaining accurate records of marks.
• Using a range and balance of assessment strategies and documentation.
• Assessing levels of students’ understanding before embarking on new learning.
• Enabling students to see assessment as a means of describing their learning and involving students and colleagues in the assessment process.
• Making sure students fully understand how their grades are determined.
• Writing reports and maintaining records of regular parental contact.

Ⅱ. Positions Available
Senior High School (Grade 10-12)
- AP/A-level Biology Teacher

Primary School (Grade 1-5)
- PYP Homeroom Teacher(UOI & ESL)

Ⅲ. Job Description
1. Working Hours: Monday to Friday on a semester basis;
2. Teaching Hours: 22 teaching periods per week;
3. Average Class Size: 20-25;
4. Give Lessons including planning and preparation as well as course development;
5. Conduct course assessment and student academic counseling.

Ⅳ. Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in education or related majors;
2. Native English speaker or English skills equivalent to native level;
3. At least three years teaching experience;
4. Teaching Certificate, PGCE,QTS or equivalent is preferred;
5. Caring, suitable and safe to work with children.

Ⅴ. Compensation & Benefits
1. Monthly salary before tax: RMB 28,000 - 40,000 plus housing allowance
