Founded in 2003, Help! has worked with the local community to provide English language learning opportunities to children (4+), teens and adults. With the help of hundreds of native level English speaking teachers, we work with local elementary schools and businesses to provide quality English conversation classes to help them prepare for a global future. In 2023, two new centers opened in Campeche and Pachuca.
Come teach in beautiful central Mexico. Perfect for newly certified teachers who want to make Mexico the first step on their international journey. 4-month contracts (May-Aug, Aug-Dec, Jan-April).
25 hours of teaching per week
Monday - Friday (NEVER weekends)
Monthly stipend
Housing (with host family or in teachers’ house - all utilities paid)
Introductory Spanish workshop (3 hrs. / week)

A desire to serve and teach
High moral standards
Paid Volunteers must be CELTA, DELTA, ESL, TEFL or TESOL certified

Senior High School (Grade 10-12)
- AP/A-level Biology Teacher

Primary School (Grade 1-5)
- PYP Homeroom Teacher(UOI & ESL)

Ⅲ. Job Description
1. Working Hours: Monday to Friday on a semester basis;
2. Teaching Hours: 22 teaching periods per week;
3. Average Class Size: 20-25;
4. Give Lessons including planning and preparation as well as course development;
5. Conduct course assessment and student academic counseling.

Ⅳ. Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in education or related majors;
2. Native English speaker or English skills equivalent to native level;
3. At least three years teaching experience;
4. Teaching Certificate, PGCE,QTS or equivalent is preferred;
5. Caring, suitable and safe to work with children.

Ⅴ. Compensation & Benefits
1. Monthly salary before tax: RMB 28,000 - 40,000 plus housing allowance
