JOB DESCRIPTION
Primary Grade Leader responsibilities include:
A full teaching load on a Primary Grade class (Grades 1 through 5)
To liaise with the Primary management team and teachers within their grade so as to provide professional feedback to both parties.
Support teachers with in class instruction through monitoring weekly planning, locating manipulative resources to foster quality instruction, and providing instructional strategies through one on one discussion and/or demonstration lessons.
Help orientate newly recruited teachers into their team, if required.
Scheduling and leading regular team meetings where members are given support with current program requirements (ie summative assessments, termly report cards), information on whole school events and support with individual students.
Prepare and present in school professional development sessions, if requested.
Attend external professional development, if required, to support further development in the role.
Salary: Up to $2,500/month

Requirements
Interested applicants should have relevant primary teaching experience, a positive, professional mentality, and a willingness to work as a valued member of a growing team.
Bachelor’s Degree in Teaching / Education (Primary-certified)
Experience in teaching the Cambridge International Examinations (CIE) Program is an advantage
Passion for working with children
Experience working with children
Clean criminal record check from home country (Please be aware all expatriate applicants must provide police check /background check from their home country, at their own cost. If traveling to Cambodia, it is substantially easier and cheaper to obtain this before you leave your home country)
